Douglas Williams

Douglas "Doug" Williams, 56, of Findlay, passed away Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.

He was born Dec. 16, 1966, in Findlay, to Glen and Louise Williams Jr., who survive.

Doug worked as a manager for Aldi and worked on the production line at FujiFilm. He loved the great outdoors where he fished with his children and barefoot waterskiied. He was an avid gardener and greatly enjoyed remodeling and working on his home. He was a skilled cook and a fantastic musician, especially playing piano. If we were to list every one of his many talents and hobbies, it would fill this entire newspaper! He also had a deep love for animals - and never met a cat that he didn't want to rescue. They all had a place in his heart.

Doug is survived by his parents, Glen and Jan Williams Jr. and Mary Lousie Shadle; daughter, Morgan (Donald) Susi; son, Remington Williams; brother, Brian Williams; nephews, Brian, Logan, and Dalton; stepsister, Tianna Wilson; and former wives, Diane Stubbins Williams and Dianne Loudermilk Williams.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Avanell Cook, Kash and Jean Allen, Glen and Luana Williams Sr., and Emma Mae and Roy Lybold.

A time to gather for Douglas' family and friends will be 12 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, until the time of his celebration of life at 2 p.m. at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, 205. W. Sandusky Street, Findlay, Ohio, 45840.
