Dorothy Price Obituary
Dorothy Ellen Price, 87, of Findlay and formerly of Arlington, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Fox Run Manor.
She was born Jan. 1, 1937, in Kenton, the daughter of Willard M. and Louise (Bash) Lines. She married Eugene "Gene" Price on April 7, 1953, and he preceded her in death March 17, 2011.
Dorothy's survivors include her sons, Brett Price of Findlay and Chad (Emily) Price of Arlington; daughters, Teresa (William) Conine of North Baltimore, Vickie (Gregory) George of Forest, and Michelle Grose of South Mills, North Carolina; 12 grandchildren, Brandon Conine, Danielle Wilson, Brianne George, Jared (Manali) George, Derek (Jennifer) George, Allison (Sam) Sawyer, Andrew (Katie) Grose, Madison (Ryan) Kohlhofer, Caleb Price, Jacob Price, Katelyn Price, and Nathan Price; 12 great-grandchildren, Dakota and Alivia Wilson, Hunter, Hayden, Harper, and Hollyn George, Genevieve and Rhodes Kohlhofer, Liam Sawyer, and Kendall, Jace, and Jemma George; two great-great-grandchildren, Xavier and Alexander Wilson; and sister, Dianne Lemos, of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Betty Shepherd and Ruth Allen; and son-in-law, Marc Grose.
Dorothy was employed at Arlington Pharmacy and was active on the boards for Arlington Park, Homecoming, and Village Council. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and attending her children's and grandchildren's sporting events. Dorothy will always be a big Arlington Red Devils and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Arlington. Dorothy's funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2024, at the funeral home with Pastor William Stenke officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at Arlington Cemetery.
