Diana Wells Obituary
Diana S. Wells, 82, of Findlay, passed away Monday, Aug. 5, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.
She was born May 8, 1942, in Arlington, to Halle and Rema (Long) Turnbell. She married John C. Wells on Sept. 10, 1961, and he preceded her in death Aug. 21, 2010.
Diana is survived by her children, John (Sherri) Wells of Findlay and Shelley (Jim) Sterling of Findlay; grandchildren, Alyssa and Kendra Wilson, Steve (Esmeralda) Sterling, James (Brandy) Sterling, and Joe (Laura) Sterling; and great-grandchildren, Ashlyn, Austyn, Jasmine, Paris, Alayah, Cora, Aidric, and Cameron.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brothers, Tommy and Johnny Turnbell.
She was a 1960 graduate of Arlington High School and former member of Trinity Baptist Church. Diana sold real estate for various offices in the area. She also enjoyed camping and playing bingo as well as spending time with family.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024, and 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9, 2024, until the time of Diana's services at 11 a.m., all at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. Bishop Terry McBeath will officiate. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude’s.
