Deborah Ailes-Scheit Obituary
Deborah Jean Ailes-Scheit, 56, died Tuesday, July 19, 2022. She was where she wanted to be - at home surrounded by everything that was important to her, like her loving family, the peaceful countryside, and the home that she and Bob built together.
Deborah was born Sept. 28, 1965, in Findlay, the daughter of Ralph and Doris (Parker) Decker. She was raised in Arcadia and graduated from high school in 1983.
In the early 1990s, Deborah moved to Racine, Wisconsin. It was here while employed at Case that she met fellow employee Robert Scheit. In 1998, Robert, Deborah, and her two children moved to rural Jackson County, just east of Osseo, Wisconsin. For over 20 years she worked for Stockman's Farm Supply.
Deborah will be deeply missed by her soulmate, Robert; daughter, Jessica and Patrick Salmons of Augusta, Wisconsin; son, Joshua Decker of Osseo; stepson, Curtis Ailes Jr. of Findlay; five grandchildren, Eve and Brianna Decker, Gabriella Salmons, and Hailey and Zachary Ailes; mother, Doris Decker of Ohio; two brothers, Brad Decker and Chris Decker, both of Ohio; two nephews, Lliam and Grady Decker; and life-long friend, Penny Albright of Florida.
Deborah was preceded in death by her father.
A celebration of life in the Findlay and Arcadia area will be announced later.

Debbie was my neighbor and friend. We also worked together at Ruud Lighting. I would give her rides to work when she needed them. We became good friends that shared laughs and tears. I will always remember her smile and pray that she is loved and happy. Hope to see you again some day Debbie. Your friend, Patty Aude.
