Dale Radabaugh Obituary

Dale Radabaugh

Dale Radabaugh, 94, of Van Buren, died at 8:19 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green.

He was born March 15, 1929, in Hancock County, to Oren and Mabel (Altman) Radabaugh. He married Carol Brumbaugh on Oct. 16, 1954, and she preceded him in death June 15, 2021.

They had two children, Cheryl (John) Patterson of Findlay and Terry Radabaugh of Van Buren and two grandchildren, Cody Hohman of North Baltimore and Lindsey Hohman of Findlay.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; six brothers, Jack, Joe, Richard, Don, Rex, and Wayne; and six sisters, Betty, Marilyn, Ardinell, Joann, Sondra, and Judy.

Dale served our country in U.S. Army from 1952-1954 during the Korean War. He and Carol provided a loving home for their children and all who came there. They both loved their family and will be forever missed.

A private graveside service for immediate family will be at Bechtel Cemetery, Van Buren, where full military rites will be conducted by North Baltimore American Legion Post 539.

Arrangements are being handled by SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.

The family wishes to thank Bridge Home Health and Hospice for the great care they provided Dale during his final days and Comfort Keepers for their care in his home.
