Carolyn Fox Obituary
Carolyn Ann Fox, 80, of Rockford, and formerly of Van Buren, peacefully passed away Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 18, 1943, in Springfield, Ohio, to Orylen and Edna (Truitt) Richendollar. Carolyn married James Fox in Dec., 1968, and he survives.
Carolyn was a talented cookie baker and loved sharing her specialty cookies with friends and family. She enjoyed writing cards and letters to cherished friends and family and anyone who needed comfort.
Carolyn leaves behind her husband of 54 years, James; son, Christopher (Lori) Fox of Napoleon; daughter, Karen (Bryan) Strickler of Mendon; beloved grandchildren, Ella and Ethan Fox of Napoleon, Bailey (Dillon) Craig of Spearfish, South Dakota, and Blake and Kamden Strickler of Mendon; brother, Don Richendollar of St. Petersburg, Florida; one niece; and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Donna Dunnett; and sister-in-law, Debbie Richendollar.
In keeping with the wishes of Carolyn, there will be no funeral.
HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, 419-422-1500, has been entrusted with arrangements.

Was sorry to learn of her passing. A wonderful lady and great baker. I have numerous recipes she shared. I had many Tupperware demonstrations at her home and was a gracious hostess. My sincere sympathies to Jim and family
