Caroleena (Carrie) K. Manns

Caroleena (Carrie) K Manns passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Carrie was born in Findlay, Ohio, to Rhonda Greer of Findlay and Roy Strahm Jr. of Kenton, July 15, 1974. She attended Ridgemont High School and is mother of two beautiful children and grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren. Enjoyed time with family, fishing, lounging in the sun, planting flowers, and just about anything when it comes to being outdoors in the sun.

Carrie is survived by her husband, Kevin Manns of Phoenix, Arizona, her parents; her two children, Seth Rigdon of Kenton and Catelyn (Marcus) Troglin of Elyria; her two grandchildren, Camden Coppus and Mary Troglin; sister, Jennifer (Jon) Falk of Findlay; brother, Nathan (Krystal) Strahm of Idaho; and several beloved nieces and nephews.

Carrie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Don and Kathleen August, Roy Sr. and Lillian Strahm, Ted and Alice Decker, and her biological father, Les Decker.

Carrie was loved by many for her loving soul. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Per Carrie's wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services. Her family will have a memorial at a later date.
