I am so sorry to hear of Carols passing. Carol was part of what we referred to as the GA (Gathered Assembly) in the Parkview Class of 1969. I remember spending many Sunday evenings in those years discussing the events of our weekends and leaning on each other as we progressed through our nursing rotations. Her dry sense of humor and quick wit were an essential part of the GA's endurance in those years. Whenever one of us was in "crisis" the GA would be called together to support each other. Carol always offered practical and compassionate advice. Our paths drifted apart, as they often do, but my memories of Carol bring a smile and sense of gratitude for her friendship. My sympathies to you all.
