Dear Rick and Family,
You are in our thoughts and prayers as you grieve the loss of a wonderful lady. I was honored to work with Beth at LMH. She was a very compassionate and professional nurse. More recently, I enjoyed seeing her support the Elida band at Bulldog jams. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
