Bennie Hannah Obituary
Bennie Allen Hannah, 79, of Findlay, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 10, 1945, in Paintsville, Kentucky, to Alvis and Ethel Hannah (Fairchild) Hannah.
Bennie is survived by his children, David Hannah, Brian (Ellen) Hannah, Nicholas Hannah, Christine Greiner, and Betsy (Josh) Schroeder; siblings, Burnette (Sue) Hannah, Jack Hannah, Brenda (Bob) Miller, and Sandy (Kevin) Thomas; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, William Hannah.
Bennie proudly served in Ohio National Guard. He worked for Atlas Crankshaft in Fostoria and drove truck for Greenline Trucking in Bowling Green. Bennie loved his family and greatly enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting events. He was an Ohio State, Cincinnati Reds, and Cincinnati Bengals fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR, reading western books, and watching western movies.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2024, until the time of Bennie's funeral at 12 p.m. at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, 205 W. Sandusky Street, Findlay, Ohio, 45840, with Pastor Corey Kershner officiating. Burial will follow at Zion Bloom Cemetery.
