Barbara Sands Obituary

Barbara Sands was my roommate for a while at Manor at Greendale. We would tell each other memories of our childhood & young adulthood. She was such a sweetheart. We shared our innermost memories that we never shared with anyone else. She was my cheerleader when I had therapy for my hip. She would always say Great job Bev!! I'm so proud of you. She told me that when I was able to go home, she was going to walk with me to the front doors to say our goodbyes. Well, Barb I'm going home Sat. & I know you will be waiting for me at the doors to say "Good luck & goodbye. And for God's sake be careful & take good care of yourself. I'm going to miss you terribly. Goodbye Barb & I love you very mucn.

She was my roommate at Manor At Greendale for a while. We had lots of fun together as roommates. She was very outspoken when she wanted to be. I grew to love her. We would tell stories about our past adventures as kids & young adults. And we would get to laughing so hard our ribs would hurt. I will miss her terribly, but I will always cherish our time together. You were a bright spot in my life. Guess what Barb I'm going home Sat. I only wish you were here to share in my joy. Goodbye Barb I love you & will miss you terribly. Until we meet again my good friend.
