Alice Fenstermaker Obituary
Alice Louise Fenstermaker, 58, of Findlay, passed away unexpectedly Monday, Feb. 12, 2024.
She was born Jan. 10, 1966, in Bluffton, to Norman M. and Treva L. (Grismore) Fenstermaker.
Alice was a graduate of Arcadia High School and received her bachelor's degree from Cedarville University. She was a member at 50 North Senior Center, collected giraffes, loved to travel, and loved her cats. Alice taught elementary school in Virginia for 24 years. She worked at Fruedenberg for the last five years.
Alice is survived by her brothers, Ronald (Patricia) Fenstermaker of Delaware, Paul Fenstermaker of Sandusky, and Keith (Karen) Fenstermaker of Findlay; sisters, Norma Lybarger of Bowling Green and Karen (Michael) Walton of Jenera; and sister-in-law, Lois Fenstermaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Merle R. Fenstermaker.
Visitation for friends and family will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024, and 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, until the time of Alice's funeral at 11 a.m., all at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, 419-422-1500. Pastor Jerry Kellogg will preside. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.

I´m so sorry to hear about Alice. She and I taught together at Calvary Road Christian School, and she taught 4th grade to both of our kids. She was a wonderful teacher who really "got" the kids. She and I also had fun shopping together and taking walks. She always had a smile and funny story to share. I´m so thankful I knew her, and that I will see her again someday in heaven!
