I worked with Mike when I started my law enforcement career as an officer with the Paxtang Police Dept. There were many midnight shifts I worked as a rookie, learning as I went, and it comforted me greatly to know that Mike was on duty next door in Penbrook any time I needed assistance. He taught me to do the job with compassion and professionalism. A finer police officer and gentleman would be difficult to find. Rest in peace Mike. I'll look forward to seeing you again in glory.
