Rosella M. Blum, nee Wagner, of West Bend, died on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at her home with her family by her side at the age of 96 years. She was born April 3, 1929 in
Butternut, WI to the late Henry and Elizabeth (nee Hildebrand) Wagner.
On June 4, 1955, she was united in marriage to Richard Gebhardt. Richard predeceased due to an auto accident on May 1, 1956.
She married Raymond Blum on September 17, 1960. Raymond predeceased June 19, 1971.
For a period of time, she was employed by the former Wisconsin Telephone Company, Kewaskum Elementary School and Cedar Community.
A few of her favorite pastimes included playing sheepshead, bingo and putting jigsaw puzzles together.
She was a lifetime member of WOTM (Women Of The Moose).
Survivors include 4 children Catherine Christensen of Menomonee Falls, Joann (Paul) Oracion of
Victoria, TX, James (Joanne) Blum of Newburg and Laurie Blum of Franklin; 8 grandchildren: Jacob (Samantha) Ebert, Taylor (Kodie) Asleson, David (Jamie) Christensen, Zachory Oracion, Carly (Lucas) Riley, Michael Holihan, Kristen and Stephanie Blum; 9 great-grandchildren: McKenna Ebert, Connor Witt, Lyncoln Ebert, Adalai Christensen, Cadance Holihan, Kross and Kadyn Mlejnek, Liam Wendegatz and Milo McClanathan; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter Erin Holihan; brothers and sisters: Sylvester (Luthera) Wagner, Chester, Vernon, William (Darlene) Wagner, Genevieve (Eugene) Draxler, Ester Wagner, Elizabeth (James) Miller; parents-in-law Simon and Catherine Gebhardt and Joseph and Anna Blum and family members of her husbands' Richard and Raymond, her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
A Rosary prayer service will be held on Friday, March 20th at St. Mary's Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 1:10 p.m. with a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 p.m. The family will greet relatives and friends during a reception in the parish hall following Mass. Burial will be Saturday, March 21st at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery in Elm Grove.

Rosella left a message to thank Dr. David Lawrence and his nurses for their great care. Also, to her family, relatives and friends for being good to her. "You Are The Best!"
