It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend, Nemesio Morales on January 30, 2026, at the age of 92.

Nemesio was born on October 01, 1933, in Pilares Chihuahua Mexico to Pilar and Felicitas Morales. Nemesio married Rita Porras in Coyanosa Texas on December 18, 1960. He was a loving and supportive husband for almost 65 years. He was a good father, loving grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Nemesio was known for his love for not only his immediate family but also for so many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He loved to dance, sing and cook for his family and most importantly he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If you were to ask Nemesio about the most important day of his life, he would tell you that it was the day he surrendered his heart to Jesus Christ. His legacy of love and service will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. Nemesio worked many years in the agriculture, oilfield and in his later years he worked at Woolworth Library in the maintenance department. He and is wife, Rita owned 3 different restaurants in their lifetime, The Bullfighter in Monahans Texas, Rita's Kitchen and El Ranchito in Jal, New Mexico.

Nemesio is survived by his children: Donnie and Belinda Morales of Glendale, Arizona. Sally and Brent Green of Roswell, New Mexico. Nemesio was also blessed to have 11 great-grandchildren. Nemesio has several nieces and nephews who he loved deeply and was always so happy to be around them. His nieces and nephews always knew his door was always open and it was not uncommon for them to come for a visit and end up staying for a year or two, which made him very happy.

Nemesio was preceded in death by his parents: Pilar and Felicitas Morales. Siblings: Rosa, Melquiades, and Rosario. His precious daughter: Jeanna Hernandez and her husband Pepe Hernandez and a great-grandson: Samuel Morales.

Visitation for Nemesio will be Thursday, February 05, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Funeral Home.
