Lois Anne Musgrave, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away at her home in McCook, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the age of 85.
Lois was born to parents Harold and Hilda (Sucksorff) Gill in Stapleton, NE on May 13, 1940.
Lois married Floyd Musgrave in Las Vegas, NV in 1969. From this marriage, their daughter Shannon was born. They spent many blissful years together before Floyd’s passing in 1982.
Lois worked for 32 years at the Parker Dayco. In her free time, she loved the English language by reading and writing poetry. She enjoyed gardening, dancing, playing piano, and cooking. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and her cat Pawsha.
Those left to celebrate her life is her daughter, Shannon Clouse of Culbertson, NE; brother Daniel (Sue) Gill of Round Rock, TX; sisters, Laura Stalnaker of Wichita, KS; Mary (Steve) Claycomb of Lakewood, CO; grandchildren, Brian Musgrave (Fiancé Sarah Nelson) of McCook, NE and Melissa (Nick) Klein of Elm Creek, NE; 10 great-grandchildren, Brianna, Alton, Kaytlyn, Mariah, Jolissa, Cameron, Kaleb, Nickole, Dillon, & Chloe; 2 great-great-grandchildren, Ryker and Kramer; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Lois is preceded in death by parents; husband; son-in-law, Richard Clouse; three brothers, Carl Gill, Larry Gill, and Lloyd Gill; and sister Lila Little.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, are to be designated in Lois’ name to be designated at a later date.
There will be a celebration of life to honor Lois at the First Assembly of God Anex on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 1:00PM.
