Joseph Leland Kemple, 59, of Brilliant, OH passed away unexpectedly, on March 10, 2026 at home. He was born on February 6, 1967 to the late Larry Kemple and surviving Patricia (Bill) Dehnart of Brilliant, OH. He was retired from Laborers Local 809. He was an avid Cleveland Browns Fan, and Ohio State Fan. Survived by his daughter Addie (Josh) Robertson of St. Clairsville, sister Kim (Randy) Krug of Mingo Jct., brother Russ (Jolene) Kemple of Springfield, IL, and many nieces and nephews.
