Frederick Wisniewski Obituary

Frederick Charles Wisniewski, age 87 of Glenwillow, OH. Coast Guard Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Granczewski); devoted father of Sharon Knapik (Thomas), Paul (Lee Ann), Diane Korecky (the late William), Linda Nader (Joseph), Sandra Wisniewski (Joe Terrion) and Terri Marsh, dear grandfather and great grandfather of many; brother of the late Daniel, Christine, Kenneth, and Richard; Fred was also an Uncle, Friend, Father-figure, and Mentor to many. He was also a former Solon AmVets Commander. As a retired carpenter, he really enjoyed his basement woodworking hobby as well as, gardening, canning, and hosting his infamous clambakes, rib roasts, and AmVet events. Family will visit with friends at Steinbauer Funeral Home, 33375 Bainbridge Rd., Solon FROM 4-7 PM TUESDAY DECEMBER 30. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, Dec. 31,10:30AM at St. Rita Church, 32820 Baldwin Rd. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery.
