Dennis Winchester Obituary
He was born September 17, 1955, in Saginaw, Michigan, the son of James William Winchester and Sandra Lee (Trinklein) Winchester.
Dennis spent many years working as an assembler at Huffy Assembly. He was known as a hardworking man who enjoyed keeping busy and working with his hands. Outside of work, Dennis loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed crafting and had a creative side, particularly when it came to making wooden toys.
Dennis is survived by his daughter, Christina (George) Foster; his son, Craig Peterson; and his daughter, Amy Hull. He was a proud grandfather to Amy's children: Michael Hull, Austin McCune, Brittney McCune, and Chastity McCune.
He is also survived by his brother, Duane Winchester; his nephews, Justin Winchester and Jacob Winchester; and his aunt, Jackie Pockrandt, the sister of his mother.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, James William Winchester and Sandra Lee (Trinklein) Winchester.
In keeping with Dennis's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
