Carleta Ann Blanchard went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at the age of 84, born on October 14, 1941 in Tolar, Texas to Fred Donaldson Tidwell and Lillie Elvira Tidwell. Carleta spent most of her life in Fort Worth Texas. She loved to read and work all kinds of puzzles. She built a family filled with love and laughter. Survived by her son Randy Lawson wife Vana Lawson. Her daughter Darla Lawson wife Debbie Michaud. Her grandchildren, Trevor Lawson wife Stephanie Lawson, Teagan Van Meter husband Carter Van Meter. And many nieces and nephews. Carleta’s life was a testament to the love she shared with her family. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Carleta was proceeded in death by her sister, Donna Kay Wiese, brother-in-law Jerry Wiese Sr, late husband Eddie, Blanchard nephew Jerry Wiese Junior. Graveside service will be at a later date.
