Auburn - Colleen Faye Creager, 69 of Auburn, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Auburn Village Nursing and Rehabilitation in Auburn.

She was born on February 5, 1957 in Sheridan, Michigan to Wesley and Cynthia (Underwood) Towns.

Colleen married Bud Creager in 2001 at their Auburn home.

Survivors include:

Her husband of 26 years, Bud Creager of Auburn.

Daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Mark Mitchell of Auburn.

Step son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Stacie Creager of Hamilton.

Step daughter, Heather Stanley of Hamilton.

Step daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Bobby Pulley of Indianapolis.

Two granddaughters, Abby Mitchell and Emma Mitchell.

Nine step grandchildren, Tory Creager, Caleb Creager, Tristen Creager, McKenna Sutton, Jackson Sutton, Jazmyn Stanley, Chase Pulley, Kyle Pulley and Keegan Pulley.

One step great grandson, K.J. Stanley.

Sister, Tamara Towns (Karen Kreiger) of Churubusco.

Sister-in-law, Kathy (Butch) Stark of Auburn.

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Scott Towns.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street in Waterloo.

Funeral services will be held following the visitation at on Tuesday at 1:00 PM at the funeral home in Waterloo with Rev. Dr. Karen Bray officiating.

Burial will take place at the Waterloo Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be given in memory of Colleen to the DeKalb Humane Society, PO Box 806, Auburn, Indiana 46706.
